Our brand new Fishery Watch ambassador Julian Cundiff, or Jules as he is best known has been an angler since the mid seventies and a compulsive carp angler since the mid eighties...With bream to 9.12, tench to 8.08, pike to 31.00 all by design he's no one trick pony. Before you ask his PB carp is an incredible 49-06 and UK too. Jules would class himself as an angler rather than carp angler and his ethos is that the journey is far more important than the destination, an angler who genuinely loves being out there giving it his best shot and if one, or more come along that's great and if not....there's always tomorrow. With six fishing books to his name ( Carp Waters, Practical Carp Fishing, Successful Carp Fishing, BK Guide To Starting Carp Fishing, BK Guide To Carp Rigs and Short Session Success ) it's often forgotten that for 38 years he worked full time in our court system with 32 of those years as a Legal Adviser in Youth, Magistrates and Family Courts. Working with all and sundry as he so supplely puts up and having to balance authority with empathy and understanding he is ideal to take on the role of fishery watch ambassador. Respected by those throughout angling his columns in Angling Times, Crafty Carper, Carpworld, Carp Fisher and many more means that there are few that have not been influenced by his work one way or another. Welcome on board Jules and we look forward to your input and a podcast pretty soon too If you are fed up with groups that are nothing but an endless feed of meaningless debates, blanking shots, trophy shots and sly (or not so sly) digs at each other Jules new Facebook page "Julian Cundiff Angling" will be a breath of fresh air. Totally free, troll and debate free five days a week in both pictures and words Jules posts carp fishing advice that WILL catch you more carp whatever your experience level is. From hooks to hook baits, safe rigs to self timer photography, accurate casting to winter edges it's all there. Simply go to Julian Cundiff Angling on Facebook, add yourself and enjoy 35 years of carp fishing knowledge at your fingertips.
